The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas and all offices of the Clerk of Court will remain open for regular business during the partial federal government shutdown caused by the current lapse in appropriations. 

Hearings and trials will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise noticed in a specific case or proceeding.  Electronic filing through PACER/ECF remains available.
