Use the WebEx Link to navigate to the “join meeting” page:

https://us-courts.webex.com/meet/Davis

Use WebEx software, not internet browser

At the “join meeting” page, at the bottom of the screen select “computer audio” from the drop-down menu

Please use a headset with a microphone

Please remain muted when you are not speaking

Click “unmute” at the bottom of the screen when you wish to speak. Please click “mute” when you are finished speaking.

Computer Video and Phone Audio

[Preferred option with unstable Wifi]

Do not connect to computer audio if connecting by phone.

Use the WebEx Link to navigate to the “join meeting” page:

Use WebEx software, not internet browser

At the “join meeting” page, at the bottom of the screen select “I will call in.”

Follow the prompts on the screen. Please be sure to enter the attendee ID numberdisplayed on your screen when prompted by the automated phone system.

If you are unable to see the prompts to connect phone audio, use the instructions below to connect via phone.

Please use the handset (not speakerphone) when speaking.

Please remain muted when you are not speaking.

Press *6 on your phone to unmute.
Press *6 again to mute.

Enter the access code: 160 704 4630

Press # for no attendee ID
