Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, all proceedings in the San Antonio division presided over by Chief Judge Gargotta shall be held telephonically through January 31, 2022. 

This only pertains to cases assigned to Chief Judge Gargotta; the other Texas Western Bankruptcy Judges will continue to operate under the Amended Order Regarding Court Operations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Texas.
