Texas Western Bankruptcy Court Notice:

Due to inclement weather, the Waco division of the Bankruptcy Clerk's office is closed to the public on February 12, 2021.  All other divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas remain open for normal business.

The PACER system is available and electronic documents may be filed or accessed during this time.  The Court's website is also available.
