Dear Bankruptcy Practitioners,

Due to installation of a required CM/ECF software revision relating to the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 (SBRA), the Texas Western Bankruptcy Court's CM/ECF system will be unavailable for filing, as well as access to PACER and VCIS for queries, between the hours of 8:00 pm CST on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 and 7:00 am CST on Wednesday, February 19, 2020.  Please plan accordingly.

The software revision makes certain changes to the CM/ECF case upload programming to accommodate cases filed under subchapter V of chapter 11.  Bankruptcy Code, Rules and Form changes based on the SBRA are effective on February 19, 2020.
