Due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions, all divisions of the Texas Western Bankruptcy Court Clerk's office are closed to the public on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.  

All Texas Western Bankruptcy Court proceedings scheduled for Tuesday, February 16, 2021 will be reset to another date.

The PACER system is available and electronic documents may be filed or accessed during this time.  The Court's website is also available.
