In observance of the National Day of Mourning on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 as declared by President Trump to honor the memory of former President George Herbert Walker Bush; it is:
ORDERED that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas and all offices of the Clerk shall be closed on:

Matters on the court calendar for December 5, 2018 will be rescheduled and parties will be notified accordingly.
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk shall give immediate notice to the public of this Order.
