All divisions of the Bankruptcy Clerk's office are closed to the public on January 19-20, 2021.  All Court proceedings, however, will continue as scheduled via WebEx, unless parties are notified otherwise by the Court.

The PACER/ECF system remains available and electronic documents may be filed or accessed during this time.  The Court's website is also available for general inquiries.  www.txwb.uscourts.gov.

Parties not represented by an attorney (pro se parties) may continue to file bankruptcy petitions and other documents via fax or email (prose@txwb.uscourts.gov) pursuant to the Interim Standing Order Regarding Bankruptcy Filing Procedures for Parties not Represented by an Attorney.
