Due to dangerous winter weather, the Bankruptcy Clerk's offices in the Austin, El Paso, San Antonio and Waco divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas will be closed to in-person visitors on February 3 - 4, 2022.  Clerk's office staff will work remotely.  The offices will reopen for regular business on Monday, February 7, 2022.  

The PACER/ECF system is available and electronic documents may be filed or accessed during this time.  Parties not represented by an attorney may email questions and signed documents in PDF format to the Clerk's office for filing at prose@txwb.uscourts.gov.  The Court's website is also available.  www.txwb.uscourts.gov
