(a)  Bar Date for Proof of Claim or Interest in Notice of First Meeting.

Proofs of claim or interests in chapter 11 cases shall be filed by the date established in the
Official Form 309, Notice of Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case, unless the Court, upon motion and after
notice and an opportunity for hearing, orders otherwise.

(b) Bar Date for Administrative Claims.

The Court, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing, may establish a bar date for filing an
application for allowance and payment of an administrative claim, either on its own motion or on
motion of a party in interest, filed pursuant to L. Rules 9013-1 and 9014-1.
