The Waco division of the Bankruptcy Clerk's office is closed to the public on December 10, 2020 through December 11, 2020.  The Waco Clerk's office will reopen for normal business on Monday, December 14, 2020.  All other divisions of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas remain open for normal business.

The PACER system is available and electronic documents may be filed or accessed during this time.  The Court's website is also available.
