Hearings scheduled for January 19, 2022, at 9 am, involving chapter 7 cases 21-51349-cag Darryl Wayne Fedric and 21-51476-cag Jacob Rene Garza, will be live, in-person hearings at San Antonio Courtroom 3. 

This is an exception to the notice posted on January 4, 2022 directing that all proceedings in the San Antonio division presided over by Chief Judge Gargotta shall be held telephonically through January 31, 2022. 

Wearing a mask and social distancing are required in the courtroom for vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.
