The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas and all offices of the Clerk will be closed on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 from 2:30 pm (CST) through 4:00 pm (CST) for an official function.  

The CM/ECF system will be available and electronic documents may be filed or accessed during this time.  The Court's website will also be available.  Debtors and other parties not represented by an attorney may file petitions and pleadings via email at prose@txwb.uscourts.gov.
