The following Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Official Bankruptcy Forms will be amended effective December 1, 2023:

• Bankruptcy Rules 3011, 8003, 9006, and (new) 9038
• Official Forms 410A and 417A

Also, the Judicial Conference of the United States approved inflationary adjustments to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule effective December 1, 2023.  A summary of the changes is attached.  An updated Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule will be available on or about December 1, 2023, and will be posted to the court's website at txwb.uscourts.gov/filing-fee-information.
