NOTICE:  CM/ECF maintenance is cancelled for this weekend.  CM/ECF will remain available for electronic filing. 

Dear Bankruptcy Practitioners,

Due to installation of a required CM/ECF software revision (CM/ECF version 5.3.1), the Texas Western Bankruptcy Court's CM/ECF system will be unavailable for filing, as well as access to PACER and VCIS for queries, between the hours of 8:00 pm CST on Friday, November 15, 2019 and 7:00 am CST on Monday, November 18, 2019.  Please plan accordingly.

The software revision consists of certain security and technical updates.  While these updates are important, electronic filers are not likely to see any noticeable differences between version 5.3.1 and the current CM/ECF version. 

The Court's website, located at http://www.txwb.uscourts.gov/, will be available during the maintenance window.
