• Attorneys, Trustees, Paralegals and Staff
may apply for a connection to the Court's Wireless Service.
• Before you can connect to the Wireless Service you will need to complete
the Wireless Courtroom Registration Form. It requests certain information about
you, your hardware and contact details. Once you have submitted your Registration
Form, it takes only a few days to process. During this time you will need to
set-up your computer to access the Service using what is referred to as "Wi-Fi
Protected Access" or WPA.
• One of the items of information that will be required in the Registration
Form is the "Media Access Control" or MAC Address of your Wireless
Card.
• Once you are registered with the Wireless Courtroom Service, you
will need to enter some additional information in your computer known as the "Service
Set Identifier" or SSID, and the "WPA-Pre-Share Passphrase" or
the WPA-PSK. This information, specifically the "passphrase" will
be changed regularly for security reasons. This information will therefore
be posted daily in the applicable courtroom so that once you are in attendance,
you can then log on.
