Debtor filed pay advices 63 days after the petition date; but pay advices must be filed within 45 days after the petition date or, according to section 521(i), the case is “automatically dismissed.” The Court held that the Debtor’s failure to file the payment advices within the statutory time therefore resulted in the automatic dismissal of the case and the Court did not have discretion to refuse to dismiss the case.
