Wireless Courtroom

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court Western District of Texas will now provide free and open wireless internet access in most of the courtrooms. Registration is no longer required and wifi-capable laptop computers that are within range will see the wireless service as an available "Unsecured wireless network" in the list of open networks. Based on your location, check for one of the following:

    San Antonio

    El Paso

    *There is no wireless access in the Midland courtroom.

It should be noted that the access is over an unrestricted network, thus data is no longer encrypted and users should take the same precautions as when using any other public open wifi connection.
