President Bush has designated Tuesday, January 2, 2007 as a National Day of Mourning for former President Gerald Ford and has ordered all federal offices closed.  Therefore, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas and all offices of the Clerk will be closed on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 to honor the memory of President Ford.

Please make note that Judge Monroe's court hearings which were set for Tuesday, January 2, 2007 in Austin will be reset to a future date.  A reset hearing notice will be sent out to all interested parties.
