Verification of Attorney Filing Information in CM/ECF
Effective Monday, January 30th, a new feature to help keep attorney information current will be added to the Case Management / Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) System for U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Western District of Texas. After entering your log in and password, you will be presented with a screen that displays your name, e-mail address, business address, and phone number. When you confirm the information is correct, you proceed to the Welcome screen. If the information needs to be corrected, you can proceed to your account information screen and change the information. Then you proceed to the Welcome screen. This would occur about every two months, not every time you log in.
