The
primary mission for the Bankruptcy Court for the Western
District of Texas is to establish the most efficient and
effective procedures possible for the administration of
the bankruptcy system. These procedures must be established
with constituent concerns in mind and with the aim of leveling
the playing field for all users, while being as "user
friendly" as reasonably possible.
