    All fees are payable in CASH, MONEY ORDER or CASHIER CHECK. When paying with cash please have exact change. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted from debtors.

    BANKRUPTCY CASE FILING FEES

    Chapter 7 Voluntary Petition.
    Petitions will not be accepted without one of the following:

    $299 Filing Fee due at time of filing

    or

    If you cannot afford to pay the full fee at the time of filing, you may apply to pay the fee in installments by submitting Form 3A - Application to Pay Filing Fee in Installments. The number of installments cannot exceed 4 and the final installment must be paid no later 120 days after the filing of the petition.

    or

    If you cannot afford to pay either the fee in full at the time of filing or in installments, then you may request a waiver of the filing fee if your income is less than 150 percent of the official poverty line applicable to your family size. You may obtain information about the poverty guidelines at www.uscourts.gov/bankruptcycourts/resources.html. To request a waiver complete and submit Form 3B - Application for Waiver of Chapter 7 Filing Fee along with an Order Granting Application for Waiver of Chapter 7 Filing Fee.

    Chapter 13 Voluntary Petition.
    Petitions will not be accepted without one of the following:

    $274 Filing Fee due at time of filing

    or

    If you cannot afford to pay the full fee at the time of filing, you may apply to pay the fee in installments by submitting Form 3A - Application to Pay Filing Fee in Installments. The number of installments cannot exceed 4 and the final installment must be paid no later 120 days after the filing of the petition.
