Now you can submit your orders electronically using the Court's E-Orders application. All you need to do is prepare the order in the correct format, convert it to PDF, then complete the Order Upload screens in CM/ECF. No more paper! Just electronically submit your order at the same time you file your pleading and your filing is complete! If you are filing a pleading with negative response language, you no longer have to wait until the response time is over. Our On-Line tutorial can be used to learn how to use the Order Upload screens. Until Monday, December 2nd, You can submit paper orders in either the old or new format. Electronic submissions must be in the new format. After December 2nd, all orders MUST be submitted in the new format. From then on, the court will not accept submissions of orders which are not in the new format. The new order format is described in the court's Amended Standing Order Relating To The Submission Of Orders. You might also want to review the court's Administrative Procedures for Filing, Signing and Verifying Pleadings and Papers by Electronic Means have been updated to describe the court's order submission process. The order submission form has also been revised.
