ATTORNEY/TRUSTEE ERRORS

Here is the latest list of the most frequent filing errors by attorney and trustees:

• The document being filed is not linked or incorrectly linked to the document it is related to.
• The document was filed using an incorrect CM/ECF event.
• When the document being filed is linked to a related document, the related document is either not described in text or described inadequately described.
• Attached PDF Files are incorrect or incomplete.
• Duplicate document filings.
• Documents filed in the Wrong Case.

AMENDED SCHEDULES AND AMENDED MATRIX

If you are filing amended schedules where creditors are added, changed, or deleted, you must also file an amended matrix describing which creditors should be added, changed or deleted. You do NOT need to file a matrix with your amended schedules.

ORDERS INCLUDED IN CONTESTED MATTER PDF FILES

If you want, you can include a proposed order as part of the PDF file for your contested matter. Please place the proposed order at the end of the PDF file. HOWEVER, you must also submit a PDF copy of the order using the Order Upload program. The court will not process the order included with your contested matter PDF.

UNREADABLE PDF FILES

If you use the Legal Pro software, don't save PDF before filing. If you do, the PDF file is changed so that It can not be read by others.
