ATTORNEY USER CONNECTIVITY CONFIRMATION REQUIREMENTS

Complete the following while accessing the CM/ECF training application from your office. The CM/ECF Training Data Base can be found at the URL https://ecf-train.txwb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/login.pl. Use actual documents converted to Portable Document Format (PDF) if at all possible to get a feeling for the time it takes to complete the transactions.

DEBTOR ATTORNEYS:

NOTE: If your office uses a petition preparation software package that provides the files required to use the court's case upload interface, file your case using the case upload program.

1. File a chapter 7 or 13 bankruptcy case for one of your current or past debtor clients.

2. Upload a creditor matrix to the case.

3. If filing a chapter 13 case, include a chapter 13 plan.

4. File a motion to avoid lien.

CREDITOR ATTORNEYS:

1. Run a CASES report and locate a case filed in the current year in which to file your documents.

2. File a motion for relief from stay.

3. Add a creditor to the case matrix and file a proof of claim for that creditor.
